Developer Security Training
Our application security training for developers teaches your development team to include security considerations in every stage of the development process. Our hybrid format, a course built and recorded for your team followed by a 1 to 2 hour live remote workshop, starts at $3,000 for a small team.
Application Security for Non-Technical Staff
Many people contribute to the development of an application who are not involved in coding the software. Our application security training for non-technical staff teaches managers and other non-developers how to think about security risks and work with developers to specify security requirements as part of the software development process. The shortest format is our Cybersecurity Project Management lunch-and-learn.

Rietta prepares custom training and workshops for your company. We have worked with our clients to build one day workshops and four day training courses. We have a deep understanding of the critical role application security plays in keeping custom software safe and the role played by all parties within the organization.
Delivery Options
Three formats, from most to least affordable.
Hybrid: Recorded Course Plus a Live Workshop
We develop your content and record the presentation. Your people study it at their own pace, then join a 1 to 2 hour live workshop, remote, to ask questions and work through exercises together. This is the most affordable way to train a whole team, and the recorded course can also help with your company’s educational compliance requirements.
Remote Live Workshop
All of your people together in a real-time workshop over Zoom, Google Meet, or a similar platform. We have experience pacing content for optimized learning in this environment, and we use breakout sessions within the virtual platform to let team members collaborate on educational exercises related to the lecture portions. This costs more than hybrid.
In Person
We fly out to you. This is the most expensive option. We have worked with clients to deliver in person training with group breakout activities, and we have an all-day threat modeling workshop built in this format that we have delivered to technology clients in the Silicon Valley.
