Leading a Distributed Team with Productive

As a distributed agency, we’ve had to innovate ways to make sure everyone is working on the highest priority tasks, and budgeted each client’s priorities separately across more applications than we have people. This is not easy to do with traditional time tracking/invoicing and Agile project board tooling. The best tool we’ve found so far is productive.io.
