If you have a question or problem with the RoboGen software that is not addressed in this documentation, the answer may be found on the web. Rietta Solutions provides three levels of technical support for our products.
- Support for Rietta Solutions products and access to our bug knowledge base can be found at the Rietta Solutions Help Desk site, http://support.rietta.com.
- Our online message board system can be used to post questions and comments about our software in a public forum.
- Direct E-Mail Support. Submit your questions to use by e-mail using the online form at our support web site. Someone from our support staff will contact you to provide a solution.
