Wren is Rietta’s Senior Software Developer. She works across our full stack, Ruby on Rails, Python and Django, Docker, and Linux server administration, across our entire client base.
She’s responsible for Rietta’s vulnerability management program, including the patch cadence commitments we make to clients, keeping every client’s systems reviewed and current. Where test coverage didn’t already exist on a project, she’s written it herself, so we have real confidence that changes aren’t breaking things. She’s rigorous about it.
She also manages code review for the team: every contribution, including Frank’s, and from any subcontractor who works with us, goes through her before it ships. Frank remains ultimately responsible for the quality Rietta delivers, but on the technical matters Wren reviews, he delegates heavily to her judgment.
