Some believe that Agile-inspired development methodologies should not be used to implement a Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC). There are many reasons for this, including experience with poor Agile method implementations which resulted in: software teams who ship very insecure code, teams composed of members with limited security knowledge writing only happy path user stories and tests, and a preference for a top-down approach to security requirements.</description>
