Retainer Plan	Description
Basic Server Support	A monthly service level agreement at a cost $150.00 which includes up to two (2) hours worth of maintenance and support service - including making backups and inspecting logs.
Plus Server Support	A monthly service level agreement at a cost $540.00 which includes up to eight (8) hours worth of maintenance and support service - including making backups and inspecting logs.
